Chris Pohl begins her second year with the
Lady Razorbacks as the director of the marketing program for all 11 Lady
Razorback sports as well as assissting with special evens.11

Pohl spent 11 years with the NCAA prior to
Arkansas, and was best known in the athletic community as the NCAA's
staff liaison to the
and the Division I Softball Championship. She also served as staff liaison
to the Division III Championships Committee which makes budgetary and
policy recommendations to the Division III Management Council.
During her career with the NCAA, Pohl served
as coordinator of the Youth Education in Sports (YES) program from 1991
to 1994. She also worked as staff liaison for other championships, including
women's gymnastics, Division III men's basketball, Division III men's
and women's swimming and Division III men's soccer.
A 1981 graduate of Central Michigan where
she also played on the Chippewa's women's basketball team, Pohl earned
her master's degree in 1984 from Penn State.
Prior to the NCAA, she was an instructor at
Interlochen Arts Academy for three years and an assistant coordinator
of the basic instruction program at Penn State. Pohl is also member of
NACWAA serving on the organization's nominating committee.
